Due to severe rain and storm for the past few weeks, we had an extensive water damage at our apartment. It was really terrible, upsetting and was really messy everywhere. We had a bit of a water issue with our supply line in one of our bathrooms and called Incredible. Since day 1, we felt like we were in great hands throughout the the entire process. Bella and Chris were very informative and helpful, and the field staff went above and beyond. You'd never know our bathroom sustained any damages. Brett (who we think is the office manager? Sorry if that is incorrect) touched base with us after the project was complete to make sure we were happy with the work. He was very personable and has left a very good last impression. We will be using them again.

I recently experienced a leak in my apartment that unfortunately caused some damage to the ceilings and flooring. While the situation was unexpected, I am so grateful for the prompt response and professionalism of the maintenance team, especially Bruno Freitas. He went above and beyond, meticulously inspecting the affected areas and ensuring that all necessary repairs were carried out with precision.
