Can’t thank Chris, Sam, Analiza, Bella and the trades people who carried out the emergency repairs enough. They were prompt, patient(explaining the process), professional(dealing with two units and two owners affected by a faulty dishwasher leak). The price was fair and there was clear and timely communication throughout the remediation. This is not my first experience with this company and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Due to severe rain and storm for the past few weeks, we had an extensive water damage at our apartment. It was really terrible, upsetting and was really messy everywhere. We had a bit of a water issue with our supply line in one of our bathrooms and called Incredible. Since day 1, we felt like we were in great hands throughout the the entire process. Bella and Chris were very informative and helpful, and the field staff went above and beyond. You'd never know our bathroom sustained any damages. Brett (who we think is the office manager? Sorry if that is incorrect) touched base with us after the project was complete to make sure we were happy with the work. He was very personable and has left a very good last impression. We will be using them again.
